1. Order Processing Time
- Sample Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 7–10 business days after design and formula confirmation.
- Bulk Orders: Production time varies by order size and customization, generally 15–35 business days after deposit payment.
We will confirm estimated delivery dates before order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer various international shipping options depending on your needs:
- Air Freight (Fast, suitable for small to mid-size orders)
- Sea Freight (LCL/FCL) (Cost-effective for bulk orders)
- Courier Services (DHL, FedEx, UPS for small or urgent shipments)
Shipping method will be selected based on your destination, order volume, and delivery timeline.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are not included in the product pricing unless otherwise stated.
- We will provide a separate freight quotation based on the selected shipping method and destination.
- You may also choose to use your own forwarder or shipping account (EXW terms available).
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
- SYSRYB is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by the destination country.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to check and comply with local import regulations.
We can provide necessary documentation (e.g., invoice, packing list, COA, MSDS) to support your customs clearance.
5. Packaging & Labeling
- All products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Outer cartons are export-grade and labeled according to shipping and compliance standards.
- Custom packaging and labeling services are available upon request.
6. Shipping Damage & Claims
- Please inspect the goods upon arrival.
- Any damage during transit must be reported within 3 business days of receipt, along with photo evidence.
- If the issue is confirmed, we will coordinate with the forwarder or insurance provider to arrange compensation or replacement.
